Q: How do you require my artwork?
A: The print will only be as good as the artwork supplied so it is important to supply good sharp artwork, please therefore provide vector artwork, either an EPS file or high res PDF.
Q: How can I be sure that my logo will be printed to match my corporate colours?
A: We will ask you to supply us with details of your corporate colours PMS (pantone matching system) reference numbers. PMS numbers are standard throughout the industry to ensure that corporate identities can be maintained; though it has to be said that the reproduction of pantone colours can vary slightly depending on the substrate that they are printed to.
Q: How can I find out my corporate PMS references?
A: The company you use to print your corporate stationery will have a record of this together with your artwork.
Q: Why do you have a 10% overs and unders policy?
A: With personalised goods, particularly printed goods there will always be extra goods personalised on top of your requested quantity to allow for any of the finished goods not passing quality control. Some products are more difficult to personalise than others, for example carrier bags have a tendency to slide slightly during the printing process and therefore a high proportion are expected to fail quality checks. In this instance our printers produce a lot of extras in the hope that your desired order quantity can be fulfilled. On occasions when the entire printed quantity are of an acceptable standard you would be supplied the extras and invoiced accordingly (no more than 10% extra).
Q: Can I see the product before I place my order?
A: Samples are available on request and are chargeable if not returned in good working order within 14 days.
Q: How quickly can I have the goods?
A: Lead times vary according to production schedules, on average from receipt of order and artwork to delivery it is 2-3 weeks. However, if you require your goods sooner, talk to us as we may be able to schedule an early delivery. There are also an increasing number of goods available on an express service. Note: delivery times are quoted in good faith but we cannot be held responsible for a delivery date not met by circumstances outside of our control.
